Diagnostic Sleep Study
A Diagnostic Sleep study‚ also called a Diagnostic Polysomnogram is the best way to diagnose which specific sleep problem you are suffering from. The test typically starts in the evening by coming to the sleep lab to spend the night. You will be greeted by your monitoring sleep technician who will show you to your private bedroom where the test will be conducted while you sleep…more info.

Titration Sleep Study
If the results of the Diagnostic Sleep Study show that you have a sleep disorder such as sleep apnea or RLS your physician will order a Titration Sleep Study. During the Titration Sleep Study treatment such as a Continuous Positive Airway Pressure or CPAP machine will be used to help keep the airway open and make sure your body is getting the proper amount of oxygenmore info.

Split–Night Sleep Study
This study is a combination of a Diagnostic and Titration Sleep study. The study starts off as a diagnostic and if the technician observes that you have severe sleep apnea and it is well documented in the beginning of the night; they have the option to wake you up and begin the treatment processmore info.

Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT)
A MSLT is a diagnostic sleep test that measures the time it takes from the start of a daytime nap to the first signs of sleep called sleep latency. This test is used to test for narcolepsymore info.

Insomnia Clinic
The Insomnia Clinic is a specialized and advanced service for our insomnia patients. Our Behavioral Sleep Medicine Specialist Peggy Fowler will sit down with you to discuss the trouble you are having with your sleep. She then helps you learn some techniques that make falling and staying asleep easier enjoyable and relaxingmore info.

CPAP Clinic
This clinic provides support and follow–up for all current PAP users to insure the best opportunity for success. We want to make sure you are achieving the highest quality sleep possiblemore info.

Nap Study
Sometimes PAP treatment can be a little overwhelming for patients. This service allows patients to try different masks and pressures during a nap. During the study our staff will assist with relaxation techniquesmore info.


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Clinic (CBT)
Sometimes getting a good night sleep is more than just a physical thing like sleep apnea or restless legs. Sometimes events in our lives can disrupt our sleep.
